Dogs in Chediston

It has been reported that a couple of dogs that are not kept on a lead are causing distress to villagers.  The dogs are apparently a dark coloured labrador and a light coloured pit-bull type cross. The police have been informed of the problems caused but until a person (rather tahn a dog) is hurt, it is a civilian matter.  Do you know who is the owner of these dogs?
