Hi All residents of Chediston,
I took over from David Mantell as the Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator about 18 months ago. Since then there has been residents move out and into Chediston and I am afraid unlike David I do not know everyone's names or even where properties are in Chediston. If you are new to Chediston or even would like to join the neighbourhood watch please let me know.
We have a comunication tree and it has been a very good communication tool when anything suspicious may be going on, or even when someone is in need. It was very good earlier this year when an elderly resident went missing and luckily he was found hours later with the involvement of the Police search teams.
I get notifications of things that may go on from the police and I post it onto this facebook group.
